Post: Administrative and Special Project’s Assistant

Objective

The Administrative and Special Project’s Manager should guaranty the correct management of the office of Lang Rui by keeping accounts and coordinating the job of the external accountants. She will also help the General Manager to follow-up projects with the Chinese counterparts. Finally, she will be in charge of special projects like events and video productions, visits of special guests, translation, etc. She should be passionate and have initiative to solve problems and, with her work, help to achieve the goals of the company.

• Experience in working with computer programs such as Word, excel and power point.
• Have research abilities.
• Be comfortable in a team work environment but also be able to work alone as well.
• Be willing to travel.
• Be eager to learn.
• Have initiative.
• Find ways of solving problems.
• Have no problems to stay late at the office when the work requires.
• Have writing skills in Chinese and in English.
• Accountancy principles knowledge.
• Project management experience.

Tasks

• Administrative work for the offices of Beijing with the help of the external accountants.
• Follow-up projects with Chinese counterpart such as legal, production, promotion and other issues related to Lang Rui’s work in China.
• Assist the General Manager in special projects like audiovisual shooting, on line and off line research, production of events, getting quotations and translation, among others.
• Follow-up to customers, projects for the achievement of deadlines.
